[April 1, 2024] KGM sold a total of 10,702 units in March - 4,702 units in domestic and 6,000 units in export.

Led by a significant increase in export demand, KGM was able to achieve a 13.2% growth in sales within the span of a month; since reporting a total sales volume of 10,823 vehicles last August, this was the highest monthly sales performance recorded in 7 months.

With export sales inTürkiye, Australia, and England steadily increasing for three consecutive months since January, KGM reported an overseas sales achievement of 6,000 units in March. The total sales volume has shown a year-on-year growth of 25.7%, a month-on-month growth of 5.2%, and a cumulative year-on-year growth of 39.2%.

By vehicle type, the Torres and Torres EVX led the export growth with 1,032 units each, while the Musso and Musso Grand (sold as Rexton Sports & Khan in Korea) reached 2,188 units.

In an effort to increase international sales, KGM has been hosting a variety of global events. Following the Torres EVX test drive inTürkiyelast March, a similar event was hosted in New Zealand for both the Torres and Torres EVX.

Although domestic sales have shown a year-on-year decline, the Torres EVX launch in the Korean market has led to a month-on-month domestic sales growth of 25.5% with a total of 1,443 units, tripling the sales volume of February.

KGM has also created test drive facilities within its domestic service centers in Gunpo and Daejeon, where customers can experience the company's product lineup – Tivoli, Rexton, Rexton Sport, Khan, and etc.

A KGM official stated that "Thanks to the increase in export sales and the global expansion of the Torres EVX, we have achieved our highest performance in seven months since last August, showing a recovery trend in sales", and that KGM will “continue to focus on strengthening our effort towards the domestic market with improving customer satisfaction as well as export sales."
